down by 3 with 28 sec. left fouls portland with houston over the foul limit. down by 5 goes for a layup with 20 sec. on the clock and chokes lmfao wow his decision making really sucks.
Dude, really? The board is about to explode and you start another negative point of view. Try changing your name cause you're not representing the FilAm population correctly.
Yeah, that was a boneheaded foul by Lin but honestly, other than Howard, everyone was a joke in this game. Howard was the only one this game who played like he cared.
haha chill dude. i am just very upset on lins decision making and now i knew why he is not our starting point guard for this team
Exactly, Lin is the sole reason we lost this game. If Lin didn't start these last two games we would have won Anyway, hopefully Lin plays badly next game or else I'll have to wait until he does to post again.
Lin played well but was underutilized. He only had 5 shots in the game. For the Rockets to win, he needs to take 10-15 shots a game. Team was +5 with Lin on the floor during his first half stint and lost the lead when he went to the bench. He made the game easier for everyone on the floor. In the 4th quarter, he had 5 pts and 2 assists and helped give the team a shot. When players take fouls in the last minute when a team is behind, it's because the coaches tell them to. The problem for the Rockets is that their best player is in a deep funk at an inopportune time. The only way they are going to break out of that funk is to run more pick and roll and use Lin to open up the offense for everyone. He is one of the better defenders on the court for the Rockets right now and I think he has the potential to turn this series around. However, knowing McHale he isn't about to radically change his strategy. He is going to stock with iso-ball and get out coached.
It's funny to see people still blaming Lin - he played fairly well the first game, and this game he didn't do as well as he should. But this isn't even ON LIN. Harden is the guy that's not doing anything on offense. ****.
Yeah, he's about as dumb (and cowardly) as it gets when it comes to decision making. Option 1 : Panic, pick up ball, and pivot around like a 5 year old. Option 2 : Jump and throw to the nearest human. If an article comes out with the lowest basketball IQ players in the league, I guarantee the #1 spot will be a hard fought battle between Jeremy and Javale. The numbers are clear, 29 out of 30 teams knew he was not worth an NBA contract. Great guy though! And I hope he retires a Rocket (in the offseason). Spoiler
