    I don't know about that. He said the police officer directed them to the sidewalk and saw everything from a distance. Sounds like a pretty solid argument could be made that he wasn't clearly trying to hurt someone.

    McHale should write LMA down as "hobo" on the whiteboard. Jones will average 40 on him for the rest of the series and stomp LMA into retirement.
