The Rockets should do everything they can to keep Lin away from Lillard. Lin would get absolutely destroyed.

Their two stars had to score damn near 80 pts to win last night. The Rockets still should have won.
Also, why didn't our best 3 pt shooter get to play last night???

What a brilliant logic by some fans.
Well McHale will seems very like to put Parsons on Lillard just like he did to CP3 and DWill.

It's a team game, as great as LMA and Lilard have played together, we still had chance over chance to win that game, while Howard came to play late, and Harden was very inefficient.

PB is no question our best on-ball defensive guard. Without him will be huge for us, but it's not like we should just roll over and die. Adjustment can easily be made. Lin is not as quick, but his size helped his defense on bigger guards like Mo. Also, he can simply give Lilard a little bit more room to control his drive.

On the other hand, Lin is better at attacking the basket, which would certainly help solve that 0 FT first half crap.

No matter how important PB is, Houston Rockets live and die with H-H. If they come to play together, we can beat every single team in NBA.

As a rockets fan I think Houston will be 1st round exit . they have been struggling since end of regular season especially on defense.

Please no. This simply hasn't worked at all in the regular season nor yesterday.

We don't have anyone fast enough to guard Lillard all the time--it takes a team. Sadly it also takes a team for LMA.

My solution for Lillard is to put Harden on him. We already know whoever Harden guards will have a good game, so let him guard Lillard. That way we have one guy with a good game instead of two.

*This is a joke. This is only a joke. The posters in your thread, in voluntary cooperation with the Moderators and other authorities have developed this joke to keep you amused in the event of an emergency. Had this been an actual suggestion you would have informed me where to shove it.

Yep, I don't understand where the idea that Lillard would destroy Lin is coming from either. In the first game against Portland this season, Lin contained Lillard well. The Portland announcers even noted that Lin was giving Lillard trouble; and many people on the board said afterwards that Lin was the biggest factor in win. (This was game where Lin started.)

Of course, it's just game 1. The better team will prevail. And I think the Rockets is the better team.

Kastuul - Please. Just. Stop. I am not sure what these posts criticizing Harden and Bev (earlier) are trying to achieve. It doesn't come across like you are a fan of the team.

They need to have Kelvin Sampson dialed up on a conference call this morning to figure out what they need to do.

Yes Kastuul please stop. All you do with these ridiculous posts is to make it hard for real Rockets fans to defend Lin against unreasonable LOHs.
