I've got nothing against Moochie personally. I'm sure he's a great guy and all, but DAMN. He sucks.

There were some options, such as Glen Rice missing.

No. Of course Steve had 16.2 official FGA per game, and that doesn't even count the times that he shot and was fouled which would push him close to 20 per game. He also shot the most of anyone on the team, despite 3 other STARTERS (that's 3 out of a possible 4) having a higher 2pt FG% than him. He is also the starting PG and plays over 40 mpg and still can't manage 7 apg. That is what I call ball hogging.

I don't blame Mooch for his contract because if I was offered all that money I would have taken it too.. It was a mistake to give that much to him but thats on management, not Mooch

Mooch is running away with it!

i don't blame Larry Smith for us not making the playoffs i blame the situation. Yao Ming was the only one to admit Rudy going to the hospital for cancer treatment had a huge effect on their play.

The signing of Norris to the contract he has.. is just another reason that Rudy and soon ... Carol, are no longer in their positions on the Rockets. When you are a professional, running a
large corporation, you cannot continue to make bad decisions based upon personal loyalty or feelings, this will always result in failure, as we have seen in the last four years!

I voted for Steve Francis of course. Must I recount the 400+ reasons I think he is the most grossly overrated player in the NBA? Now Moochie is "likeable" but he just can't play basketball at the NBA level. BUT, who could "dislike" him or his "fro?"

What is the nature of this poll? Is it a popularity contest or an expressed opinion based upon a perceived value to the team?

No offense intended, but does anyone seriously think the Rockets are going to vault to the WC Top 4 just because Moochie is gone? Was his 17 mpg that significant? If Moochie is not waived, I will be curious to watch how he performs in another offensive system.

I'm Old School and I like fast breaking offenses, good secondary breaks, ball and player movement, good transition D with lock down half court D. I like to see someone accepting personal responsibility for not making a contribution to the team and having the humility to admit when an opponent was just flat out better.

Since the Rockets are my favorite team, my "least favorite Rocket" is anyone who doesn't play (or coach) the game the way it was intended. Excluding mascots, everyone on the list has disappointed me...some more frequently than others.
