I put Garcia because maybe he can help Vs Durant... And D-Mo cause he is tall...

I would like to see Douglas get some minutes though!!

2nd unit TDouglas, the infamous defensive "chicken with his head cut off" has been replaced with an offensive chicken with his brains cut off

The correct answer is "not Casspi".

(In all seriousness, it's D-Mo and Generic Wing X, and I really don't mind if Casspi/Garcia/Hamilton are cycled through spot X at various times depending on the game situation, but Garcia has been there and he would be the best option unless dribble penetration is severely needed)

I believe it should be between Daniels, Garcia, and D MO. The rockets need to cut Casspi, not a big fan of him at all.

    Rotation minutes:

    Harden 35-40
    Dwight 35-40
    Parsons 35-40
    Bev 30-40
    Lin 20-30
    Jones 12-16
    Asik 15-25

That leaves Garcia, Canaan, DMo, Casspi divvying up the remaining 10-58 minutes.

I might continue with the hot hand approach at wing... try and get Lin + Beverley in there together more... at PF, man, I really don't like either options in playoff intensity situations. Really might have to consider some Asik/Howard in round 2.

DMO in as rotation. Others are situational.

I voted for Garcia and DMo because they have shown they can step-up on defence

garcia deserves a chance in the first couple games at least. even when he isn't hitting 3s at least he moves the ball and provides veteran leadership on the court. if he flames out in the first 2 home games then hamilton should be given some run.

also dmo simply because of his 7ft size, and he matches up well enough with bieber aka meyers leonard.

casspi in theory would be useful in certain matchups, but i don't care for his selfish play and how the ball stops moving to the open man when he's on the court.

You think the ball stops with Casspi and not Hamilton??? I agree with you on Garcia for sure. If he doesn't work out though, I'd throw in one of the young sharp shooters from the D League. Hamilton ain't gettin' us jack IMO....

lmao i thought this was as trick question.

Dmo and Garcia. Rest are not really ready.

Hamilton = kind of useless - regressed. Quick trigger, with no results
Canaan = I like his 3 point shooting, but can't trust him in playoffs, maybe like 5 mins max for him in situational plays, even then not likely
Casspi = trashpi. plays a bit wild...
    covington/daniel = not proven.
Dmo = his 3 point shooting and bricks have been frustrating, but he's the best of the left overs...

i'm not too fond of hamilton's patented hybrid runner-floater from the wings. but at least he shoots it somewhat open. casspi on the other hand seems to have no conscience about jacking up bricks with a hand in his face, with double coverage in the paint, with a teammate running with him on the break destined to be ignored, etc.

as far as hamilton over daniels, i just like that he has size (for rebs) and more experience. covington i doubt gets any pt in the playoffs since he's barely played in the regular season.
