Can you believe this BS about what they are calling "Heartbleed"? Turns out that little padlock you see with https sites thinking you are secure. Well....nah...you weren't really secure because of a vulnerability. Recommendation: Go change every mf-ing online password you have but only once the companies patch their websites to fix the vulnerability. Are you freaking kidding me?
Sites should know if they are affected and post a message saying as much. openSSL 1.0.1 - 1.0.1g are apparently the affected versions. openSSL 0.98 (for example) is not affected.
Man, you really had to reach back in time for that one: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/I1sNImbI2Zw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
i suggest love, secret, sex, or god. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/0Jx8Eay5fWQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
List of some sites as to whether or not they are vulnerable: https://github.com/musalbas/heartbleed-masstest/blob/master/top1000.txt
I come up with a phrase which has meaning to me. I include a number or a word that could be interpreted as a number (for, too, ate). Then, I take the first character out of each word, including punctuation, and use that as my password. Ex. One I used when I worked for Exxon (and don't use any more, lol) was "My wife Mary is one hot babe!" Pw. MwMi1hb!
I'm trying to figure out if my wife needs to do something about her company website, which is built with Wix and uses MindBody Online to handle transactions. The linked list says "No SSL" for Wix -- I assume this means not vulnerable? MindBody is not listed. Neither company has said anything publicly. I found a tester (http://filippo.io/Heartbleed/) but it's been hanging up on me (or I don't know how to use it).
I dont believe Clutchfans enforces SSL, so while someone on your network could capture your credentials, this bug shouldn't be relevant here.
