It'll beat those 2 for sure. It made $75m from international openings, and I'm certain captain america is more popular here.
That was the best Marvel movie other than Avengers. Loved the after credit scenes. The wife watches most of these movies and falls asleep during half of them. She loved this one, says it's her favorite now.
I'll probably watch it on netflix when it comes out The first one was my least favorite of the major 4 avenger character movies
Fantastic action flick. Cap was awesome; pretty much what I thought he should have been in the first movie. Winter Soldier was appropriately badass. Black Widow was surprisingly good. Falcon was good as well. Pacing was fantastic and the plot was good too. The fights (and there were a LOT) were awesome. Did I mention that this was a great action flick? Even if you don't like comic book movies you should watch this if you're an action fan. I'd put it right under Avengers in the Marvel studios stable. A+. Going to see it again soon.

I thought the first one was by far the worst of all the avenger movies. I admit that the previews for this one look way better and the reviews are great. I'll give cap another chance.
Im not a fan of super hero movies but I may just catch this one soley for another glimpse of Emily Vancamp.... Spoiler
You nailed it. I didn't love the first Cap as it was a bit forced and hokey at times, especially the Hydra parts. Cap 2 is much, much better.
Just saw this movie and it was AWESOME. Will echo the sentiments already stated here. Definitely the best action and fight scenes of any of the Marvel movies thus far, WAY better than the 1st Captain America, and I agree with those ranking it 2nd only to the Avengers out of the Marvel films.
