If we get Van Gundy, I say we trade Mobley for Sprewell at the 2-guard position

    no.

Because scott layden would ask for Mobley and Ming for Sprewell.

no way this would happen. why would the knicks trade a SG who is barely big enough to play SF for a SG who definitely is not tall enough to play SF? if anything, the knicks would trade spree for a big man or true SF.

no way. age difference is too much. Mobley and Mo T for Eddie Jones seems more feasible to me...

No. Van Gundy figured he escaped choke-free while in NY. Don't tempt fate.

Trade Cat with EG for an impact player or send him to the we-have-cap-space Wizards for the #10 pick and a defense-playing, pass-oriented 6'4" Brazilian PG named Leandrinho Barbosa.

Neither do the positions...the Knicks would have BOTH Mobley and Allan Houston at SG.

JVG is almost certainly going to cleveland. Which once again makes you look at the draft loto and go ahhh... I see now why that happened. Maybe Denver should switch to a new, big name coach next season and see if they can finally win the loto?

Also, why the hell would we want spree? he's only got a couple good seasons left and he's a pain in the A.

You mean Mobley and MoT for Eddie Jones AND Pj Brown right? I like Mobley better as a player than Jones and Jones is past his prime.
