This stuff works! I started Sunday and I feel like a new man. Back when I was 19 I would spar 10 rounds really hard and not feel sore at all the next day. Up until I found this magic pill I could still spar 10 rounds but I would be in pain and really feel it the next day. This pill really works! I hit it so hard Sunday and woke up not sore or in pain at all. Just wanted to share this with you guys/gals. I hear it works wonders for people with arthritis as well. http://www.gardenoflife.com/Products-for-Life/Immunity-Support/Wobenzym-N.aspx
I like Garden and Life products. I use their sprout-based, Raw Food in smoothies. But I'm not a big fan of marketing pages like the OP link which don't state active ingredients. Does this have glucosamine in it? for instance. paulnhbtx, Curious, previously for temporary aches and pains after sparring, did you try anything? Three ibuprofens? Are you saying no other over-the-count pain relief worked, or did you just never use them?
First of **** OFF 2nd I am not a fan of any sort of pills. I just heard about this through a buddy that trains as well. He first told me about the raw meal and I used it for a little while. I finally bought some of the Wobenzym and I really like it. •Bromelain 45mg •Chymotrypsin 1 mg •Pancreatin 100 mg •Papain 60 mg •Rutin 50mg •Trypsin 24mg http://sciencebasedpharmacy.wordpre...m-n-a-closer-look-at-systemic-enzyme-therapy/
Amazing how people fall for this stuff. Just look at all those buzz words on the manufacturer's website. One of the tags for this thread is "magic".
^ Nice. It's sort of like the queen saying "OFF with his head!"... so I bet he was saying "First of all OFF" but got interrupted.
The USDA Organic Certified label is the real deal. Their Raw Meal is pretty straight forward. It's dehydrated, ground sprouts. I like it much better than any other Vegan product, and certainly better than Dairy-based products. That said: I have little idea what the OP product is, despite it being sold by Garden of Life
I'm no longer sore after sparring ten rounds like I used to but you obviously know more than me and how my body feels.
