Much better. Even if you think Westbrook is better than Harden (which, I do not), Ibaka is nowhere near the level of Dwight. Dwight is a top 10 player. We would have three top ten players on our team -- all who get double teamed on a nightly basis. Also, you have to consider the Morey factor. Morey is the best GM in the league, minus maybe SA's FO at finding complimentary pieces on the cheap and on the fly. So, our team as a whole would be so much more complete than theirs.
If Rockets win a championship before Durant's contract expires, I dont think he would consider coming here.
I like Harden more than Westbrook as well. And while I think Dwight is better than Ibaka, he is also 28 compared to Ibaka's 24. Will that comparison still be true in a couple of years when Durant is actually making his decision?
Maybe. Only if 1 The Thunder don't win any championships, and 2 Westbrook either continues to have injury problems or leaves to go to LA.
klove being moved? adelman could likely be gone at end of year... http://espn.go.com/blog/marc-stein/post/_/id/1929/whats-next-for-kevin-love-and-wolves lakers want klove and will give up 2014 lotto pick http://sulia.com/channel/minnesota-...dc/?action=prop&source=tw&form_factor=desktop
No. Let the Lakers trade for him, then sign him in free agency in 2015. Dwightmare 2.0 for the Lakers
I believe, Dwight at 30 will be more appealing to Durant than Ibaka at 26. I think Ibaka is who he is. I haven't seen him make much progress over the last two years. It is not because they have not tried to develop him either. He has his 15 foot jumper, shot blocking abilities, and is strong. Either way, I do not think Ibaka, Westbrook, and Durant will all be there together IF they have not won a championship by Durant's last year.
ya no offense but you do realize by the time something like this is possible those players will try to get the most money they can meaning if Durant was to come here they wouldnt be and we would have a scrub rest of player.
