Pretty much sum up the key to defeat Floppers is to get JH going...

Man how depressing not being at full strength close to the most important part of the year...

How are the Clips taking Harden out of his game. Who's guarding him? What schemes are they using?

Harden drops career high tonight. I'm not gonna watch the game though. Gonna go play some basketball instead lol.

get him tired on defense by running Crawford through multiple screens all over the court

They have Deandre Jordan in the middle to block any type of shot at the rim. Basically what Dwight does for us, except he has Griffin to gobble up the rebound when he goes for the shot block.
We become an ISO-heavy jump shooting team.

Hope he misses, same defense new orleans used on chris paul the other day, lol. But seriously, it's not that he doesn't get decent shots, he's just tended to miss them against the clippers, luck of the draw really (doesn't help we've had them in schedule hell points all season). If you mirrored his game against charlotte, you'd swear his shots were harder there.

I actually feel comfortable winning this one. With Dwight and Bev out. Asik can set some chi-raq picks that thibs taught him, that would open up Harden big time.

There is literally NO COMPARISON between how Harden draws fouls and how Paul goes about it.

Harden gets crushed driving into the paint 24/7/365. That takes a tremendous amount of toughness. You know what happens if he DOESNT get fouled? Layup city, if Harden isn't getting hacked he's simply finishing at the basket.

Chris Paul, even that giant praying mantis Durant go about it in a completely different way, and it's about time people take off the homer glasses if they can't see that. Paul is a GREAT player, a GREAT PG, but a lot of his antics rub people the wrong way and the vitriol sent his way is rightly deserved

Asik is going to rip out Blake's heart on the boards and blocks. I expect the Rockets to play with the heart of a champion they have been playin the whole season. We got this!

Basically, it's the Jones or Dmo vs Griffin that's always been the weak link. I see it in quick skim through of previous 3 games this season. First game doesn't count in my opinion. No more open shots at the 3 point line, because the Clips got so many the previous 3 match ups.

I don't really feel confident about tonight but I'm not really stressing it since we're pretty much locked into the 4th place.

Dwight is out. Rockets are down to Asik and DMo. At least there's still depth at the center. Meanwhile Bev is down. I hope Canaan/Hamilton/Garcia are up to it. They will be playing from 10-20 mins per game or more. Depth is too shallow at both guard positions. I miss Brooks.

Reminds me of when we faced them last year with Harden out and some injuries. It looked like a sure lost but Lin, Omer and Garcia stepped up huge in that game. Hopefully, we have even more people step up.

Lets win this for the Junkyard Dog!

Oh btw. Paul likes to flop, Griffin sets moving picks, and Deandre gets away with flying clotheslines in the paint.
