I'll never understand why people take individual posts and lump them with the rest of the teams fans.

They are classless posts, but not a reflection of the overall fan base.

The more you go looking for trouble, the more you'll find, as you can see on this site as well. Ignore them, and move on.

I'm glad OKC didn't do anything last year from a fan perspective because of how whiny their fans have been about the Beverley / Westbrook thing. They are acting like such babies.

I feel for Westbrook on a personal level and the rest of the OKC team.

But I'm glad the fans are bent out of shape about it. If they are going to act like they are acting, then they deserve it.

It's not just a few rogue posters. Almost every OKC fan I've met, both online and in real life, feel the same way.

Some online are just more vocal about it.

Agree 100%. Every fan base has "classless" fans. Fortunately these fans are in the minority.

And jtr, I disagree 100% with you. I lived in OKC for 2 years & loved it. The people were friendly and neighborly. As a matter of fact, moving to Texas for work in the 70's was plan A. Plan B was OKC.

I don't think any fan base is worse then the Lakers when it comes to injuries. You injure one of their players they send you and your family death threats.

    1) Honestly if the roles were reversed on the Beverley play from last year, we'd be throwing a fit too.

    2) I have met plenty of real life OKC Fans as my family lives in Oklahoma, so I've seen my share and were not "Classless."

Again, the more you go looking for classless fans, the more you'll find, just like on this site.

Ha, sadly our classlessness comes from hating our own players rather than other teams.

If you knew Oklahoma and Oklahomans, you wouldn't be saying that. They're classless on a whole different level from anything written on this forum.

It's not classless to state the fact they're all dope fiends. It's true. I lived in good area and worked a nice job. Still, sooner or later, the meth shows up. They're relentless with it.

Also, meth heads are the worst. They're disgusting. You'd think all that energy would propel them to jump in a shower, but nope.

And, one more time, they're all incredibly racist. I'm not talking just a little bit either. If I was, I wouldn't typing this. I'm talking just pure hatred on a level identical to the KKK.

If you think I'm making this up. All you have to do is go live there for a few years.

Who the hell cares? Caring about what other fans think or say in a situation like this is a huge waste of your energy. No offense meant, but if you get offended than I'm really not all that surprised because you're offended by OKC fans in the first place.

If Thabo or Fisher hurt Harden, I would be happy too if they went down with an injury. Yes, it would make me feel better that they suffered in some way for their crimes against humanity. Hell, maybe I'd be happy if Fisher got hurt just because I can't stand looking at him. I don't need much reason to wish bad things on him. He was a Laker and a Jazz on top of being a douche.

Posting 3 ticket stubs in the last year should be a requirement every time someone mentions the tc being empty. 1 of them has to be a lower bowl ticket if they bring it up. No excuses. Fly your ass overseas if you really are a fan with something to prove as your post indicates. Until the stfu about it hypocrite.

That's not true. I most definitely wouldn't throw a fit if Westbrook had gone for the steal and Bev got hurt. That's part of the game. Injuries happen.

But, you're wrong about Oklahomans not being classless. You've met plenty, but I've met more. I lived there myself, and your characterization of it is untrue (to put it nicely).

Not one person I ever came across, who had moved to Oklahoma from another state, had anything good to say about it. I mean, literally, nothing. They all said the same things I'm typing on here. Racism and meth abuse is rampant throughout the state.

No doubt, there are good people everywhere, but if you're not white, you won't find them in Ok.

Texas gets hated on more than any other state on the planet. Why cant we have some fun hating on other states?

If things were reversed, there would be plenty here saying the same thing. I'm not at all surprised by this.

Seriously, i dont expect you to dig up any comments, but i am sure percentage wise they are much higher.

And we are talking about a basketball play. Dont forget that. This isnt some hard playoff foul or bynum shoving guys mid air.
