In the next 10 days, we happens to have to play the second toughest stretch of the season--LAC, @BKN, @TOR, OKC.

Hope we can still get two wins out of these four without Beverley and Howard.

After that, it'll be DEN x2, LAL, MIN, NOR x2 and SAS. I having been predicting that the Rockets will sweep these 7 games. Hope Howard back in time by then.

    Rofl.

I have complete confidence that Omer Asik will be able to fill in for DH's missed games. He's played very well defensively these past few games. Better to have a rested Dwight for the playoffs.

We are currently 5 games ahead of the blazers and the warriors in the loss column. We also have the tie breaker over both of them. We are 7 losses ahead of the suns and the grizzlies so they are definitely not catching us. 8 losses ahead of the mavs...

But we are tied in the loss column with the clippers. Losing today would mean we are a lock for 4th seed and that we would get either the blazers or the warriors with hca in the first round with SA in the second. Lin does okay against lillard, parker, and curry. Not so much against westbrook and paul.

A loss is a good thing tonight. 6 of our last 11 games are against teams who will be playing for nothing/tanking/hoping they lose without making it obvious...we control our own destiny.

At this point, keeping the 4 seed and having Howard and Bev available for the playoffs is a win.

Could it be Dwight was just trolling the guy? Man I hope his ankle injury hasn't become so serious that it's going to force him to sit.

We have to be one of the few teams that could have their starting Center and starting PG go down and still have a playoff quality starting 5.

We are already tied with the clippers in the loss column. Losing today would be like beating the spurs if we were tied. It makes sure they are locked into third seed and us into 4th. They have the tougher schedule so i could easily see them losing the same amount of games as us and finishing 5th.

We still get hca in the first round, and we avoid the thunder in round 2.

James Harden is about to show the world he's on Durant's level.

I feel like the Rockets have a better chance tonight without Dwight.

I think it is important for Harden to get a ton of touches.

I agree. I have been wondering how many wins the Rockets would have without Dwight. So many players have improved this year. Also, I think the picks Omer sets really help the fluidity of our offense.

There's a reason why Murray didn't trade Asik for just anything. We'll be just fine.

This should get Asik to tip top shape come playoff time.

Calling it now, Harden goes for 45 tonight and we win by double digits.

We already know how much better we are with Dwight. The record shows it.

We didn't have Asik as our backup center.
We didn't have Lin as our backup PG.
We didn't have the improved Jones and DMo to man the 4 spot.
We didn't have Brooks to play backup when Lin or Bev was out.
We didn't have an improved Parsons.
We didn't have a bona fide super duper Harden.

The better record is not just about Dwight.
