LOL, not the first time woj screwed up

He tweeted out the Joel Embid was entering the draft, and then Embid himself tweeted out that a decision hasn't been made!

Ron had loose cartilage, so it was more of a clean up procedure. They won't really be able to make a clear estimation of how long it will take for Beverly to recover till they go in. Timing really sucks:mad:

So, we're going to have to rely on Lin's defense vs west conference guards?

You can't forsee injuries. Having Bev, Lin and Brooks was redundant. Crawford stinks, but the Rockets needed a wing who could at least keep their guy in front of them on D

Lin will be fine. Bench is what I am afraid of going forward.

A backcourt of Lin and Harden. :(

But really though Lin's defense isn't as atrocious as a lot of people say. He doesn't get into people's faces like Bev, but he's a solid defender most nights. Our biggest problem is our crappy team defense.

I'm no injury expert, but with a torn meniscus, isn't there essentially 3 options for a decently major tear?

    1) Remove it and come back for playoffs (most likely a permanent loss to quickness/athleticism)

    2) Surgery to repair, out for definitely for the rest of the season

    3) Rehab tear, no surgery, out definitely for the rest of the season

Can a sports medicine person weigh in?

Lin's defense is actually not that bad. As long as guards aren't drastically quicker than him, his height will be key. Against quicker guards we're ****ed.

I blame McFail. He keeps overplaying players instead of limiting their minutes. The stress of playing a high energy defender like Bev caught up to him.

Last night he put in parsons for 39+ minutes in a blowout. SMH.

Sucks for Bev, but at least we have Lin still!

And Lin will only have to face Lillard... wait that's not good. Ok maybe just CP3! Hmm, not too good either. It could be Westbrook! **** were boned!

I'm not saying it's likely, but didn't Ron Artest come back extremely quick from the same injury?
