sign and trade is where the team resigns a free agent, and then trades them for other players. basically it's a way for them to match salaries in the trade.
Another link that I've seen posted here but lost is the link to the complete salary list. Does anyone still have it? I don't mean the list to last year or a list to just one year, any year. I like the list that shows 5, 6 years into the future and when some salary slots drop off the book. Thanks in advance.
