Yeah, I've heard that. Not even wood buildings still under construction exposed to unlimited supply of oxygen will burn anymore, unless you drench it in fuel oil. I claim first conspiracy theorists, if they don't find the arsonist. Anise Parker must have had something to do with it, to prevent further ugly apts in her Montrose.
To think that I once rented a two story house not far from there for $135 a month, bills paid. The only thing that burned was the wood in the fireplace. OK, so a few other things burned, but they were controlled burns. My roommate and I had some great parties there. Montrose was once a cheap place to live. Hard to believe that this happened, but the wind was pretty crazy, wasn't it?

my goodness this was crazy...i saw a pic of this guy from another friend as well...talk about you have to do what you can to live...if he didnt jump a level, im not sure he makes it...at least without the ledge giving way...
Eh, I'm not feeling the arson theory. Fire broke out in the middle of the day with construction workers on site. Arsonists aren't usually that ballsy. Even if one was, there wouldn't be an opportunity to spread fuel all over with workers around, so it had to have spread with what building materials there were. So, I'm guessing construction accident.
