    I always wondered if DM read the board. I know of a few other guys that do, but not as high-profile.

    Right before the deadline, I got a message basically telling me I needed to shut the f up by some of the people I know. Guess you have to know anyone could be looking.

    DM is a cool guy for tagging DD.

    It's a cross I have to bear. Moved out here for the schools, and my kids ended up going to magnet schools across town. Meanwhile, we're still here. At least the house is nearly paid for and I can still walk in the neighborhood late at night without getting knocked on the head. This is not where we saw ourselves living today when we moved to Austin 34 years ago. Even worse, DD's in the neighborhood! :-(-

    No, dammit. There's one high up in a tree in DD's yard, lying in wait. The last one, the "Dodo bird" of Circle C. I try to avoid his street, but my fear is that someday I'll forget and stroll within range.
