    Was actually in the market for a good high-end upright vacuum, mainly bagless and for carpet. Big names I see are Dyson, Hoover, and Shark. Any recommendations?

    BB&B has a returned policy that doesn't have a time limit. You could get store credit for almost anything.

    I created the Console Wars thread to keep the fanboy crap in one thread....not in the individual console/game threads.

    It has worked....for the most part.

    Because of their policy, I will buy other things their that I could fine cheaper elsewhere. Coffee Makers, Microwaves, and other small appliances. Customer loyalty is how they stay in business.

    I'd say you are a smart consumer for leveraging the warranty. I would also say your morals are skewed for leveraging the warranty for personal gain.
