So - another one of the inside/sideline clips.
This is a small video from one of our timeouts:

Well good for Jeremy. She's cute, but she didn't look too happy though.

Perhaps due to someone taking creepy pics of her, lol

You have to feel sorry for the Cavs announcers a bit. They were dumbfounded by how godlike Harden's play was that evening

Actually they didn't....they were commenting that he should have pulled up and taken time off the clock. They made reference to the Rockets being an aggressive team and how they need to slow it down at the end of games (I just listened to it).

I think that is more the "eye am a huge Lin fan" test.

That's a good question: If your team is way better at scoring in transition, than in half court sets (No offensive plays, Bad coaching.), what should you do in the final minute ? Push the ball or slow down and wait for the other team to get set defensively ?

Obviously, if you're a good X's and O's team like the Spurs or Clippers, who can draw up plays out of timeouts, you want to do the former, not the latter. But we're not even remotely close to that level. I think our best bet is to be aggressive and score, anyway you can.

The were a poorly coached team with no offensive plays narrative is still alive?

Not to mention this year we have been pretty damn good running plays out of timeouts.

    Nicely done.

Harden at 2:34 is too good.

That is a debatable question in general. However, in the case of this game, the correct play was to pull the ball out and run time off the clock.

    Some observations from the game:

*Cavs are pathetic, what else is new?
*Dion Waiters is definitely the 2nd best guard in the league...in his head. Take away his draft status and the dude's barely worth a roster spot at the end of the bench, hell I'm pretty sure Troy Daniels is a better player and would produce more given the same amount of PT and touches.
*What's wrong with Lin, is he injured? He's lucky Canaan isn't producing with limited mins or he'd be the 3rd guard by now. Practically speaking though this might be a blessing for us, no way in hell anybody offers him 8M a year with this kind of production, maybe we can keep him long-term on the cheap, and then reap the benefits Lowry-style once he beomes Linsane again.
*Same thing with Asik, given increased minutes his production hasn't exactly gone off the charts. Now I know Asik's value is in his intangibles, but to be honest you're not gonna find a team better suited to pump your stats as an offensively limited C than this team, Tjones is a stretch 4 and you have 3 other guys who can make plays and feed you the ball. If Asik only manages 9 pts on this roster built for DH, I can't imagine how low he'll score when he goes to other teams without a ton of playmakers. Everyone keeps saying he'll make so much money in FA, however I don't see anyone giving him more than his current salary of 8M a year, after Perkins only got that much and he had already established his rep as a premier defensive C at that time.
*Harden's tearing it up and is probably just an inch away from KD/LBJ status. Damn, this guy's amazing esp. considering his age.

He is getting awfully close and could be their by seasons end. It's crazy to think how good he can be he's only 24 in his 2nd yr starting. He's already in my mind the 3rd best and most impactful players in the game. I'm confident harden can produce 50 wins with out another allstar and you can say that about maybe 4 other players. If we make a finals run this yr he'll get his due. The more he plays like this eventually the media won't be able to deny his greatness.

I'm sure if every gm we're polled harden would come at no worse than 4th in who you would want to build your team around right now. He's a scary hof top 5 player at his position all time talent. He needs to correct some things but there fixable but the stuff he does can't be taught and is built for legends. He a got a real shot to be a all time great and he's in the rockets for a long time
