He's a problem. Still havent changed my sig. Im happy we traded him to a team where he can get some PT.
the 17 assists is a bit surprising but those of us that watched him in his MIP season know what he's capable of.
First Dragic, then Lowry, now Brooks. Good things happen when you have a coach who runs the pick n' roll for your point guard.
Sick game from AB and I'm happy for him, but his overall play since joining the Nuggets hasn't been out of this world or anything... decent, but not great.
hmmm.... good point. Brooks would have never come close to posting those numbers on the rockets this year. Something to think about.
What the what? 17 assists? Brooks? Hopefully he can keep up the good play for the rest of the season.
AB was our 3rd string PG, this year. Something to think about AB started other games for Denver when Lawson was out, yet never put up a line even half as impressive. Something to think about AB played under Rick the Ruler and never came close to putting up a line like that. Something to think about Rudy Gay also put up impressive numbers (consistently) on terrible teams. Something to think about Disclaimer: I love AB
Brooks played his best ball under Rick, something to think about. He was never a pass first PG, so thats why he never put up 17 assists, something to think about. He was a great player before that Manu induced injury, something to think about. Disclaimer: I like our current PG rotation.
The main thing with Brooks is consistency. He can get just about any shot he wants with his quickness. He just needs to keep doing it over & over and make the defense adjust to him. Nobody can stay in front of AB defensively

Last night was a monster night for assists. Brooks, rondo and Rubio. Def think brooks' performance was the best.
Is that his career high in assists? I'll always have love for AB glad he's playing well even if it's not for the Rockets.
