That would suck big time. I'm assuming you know that Memphis owes their pick to Detroit unless its the first overall pick. If your scenario happens then Memphis will have Lebron and Carmelo. I hope the first couple of picks go to teams in the Least. I am a small believe of conspiracy theories and am thinking NY will somehow win the Lebronathon.
It'll have to be a major market, the NBA won't let the revenue LJ will generate go to a minor market or Canada. So we are talking Chicago, New York, maybe Miami. We all know the loto is rigged to move the first pick to the highest revenue possible. Only way he goes to a smaller market is with a recently relocated team like Memphis.
I am not making predictions here but I DO hope that the EASTERN conference teams land the top 3 picks. The last thing the WEST and the ROCKETS need is MORE talent! FYI, for those that care, if LeBron goes to a Western conference team you can say goodbye to Francis starting anymore All Star games and pencil in Kobe and Lebron for the next 10 years. Hopefully LeBron, Melo and Milic will go to some very deserving Eastern conference teams. I personally hope Toronoto gets LeBron. Would love to see Carter and Lebron on the same team. One last thing. If you want a conspiracy, how about this: Stern wanted to be sure that Yao Ming was picked first. Many teams in the running were in sore need of a good point guard. Why do so many people predict Chicago will be in the Top 3? They had the 6th worst record in the league. I think if the NBA wants Canada to be an NBA country they will send LeBron North or to Miami, to help out a struggling franchise. I say: Toronto- LeBron Miami- Milicic Cleveland Anthony
