Is the cyst on the surface of the ankle, or was it internal? Was it like a giant blister, or something completely different?
Dude should just sit until Monday vs. Al Jefferson and Charlotte. No sense in risking reinjury vs. the Kyrie-less Cavs. Plus, nobody wants to chase around Spencer Hawes
Not bothered by Asik in the starting lineup against these squads. A little worried about who backs him up, though.
GET RESTED D12 the whole "cyst" is BS. It's just taking a page from Popabitch and resting his big man. This also allows Asik to get his wind and rhythm back, especially on the offensive end where his timing and hops are lacking compared to his defensive play.
I wouldn't be surprised if he sat out again. If he doesn't play tonight, he can then sit out the Sixers game and come back against the Clippers on Saturday. That'll mean he got nearly 2 weeks of rest.
He deserves the rest, but I'd love to see him and Al Jeff go at it. Would be nice to see him bounce back from that pathetic showing against Noah.

He rested enough ... He have to play against Charlotte and Big Al, CHA isn't a weak team. He can rest against Philly.
