4-1. They'll blow at least one of those five the way they're playing (I think Minny) but hopefully it flushes the lazy juice from their systems and gets the team back on track.
People over reacted after the wins over Miami and Indiana, and they over reacted in the losses to OKC, LAC and Miami.... The only one that REALLY hurt was the Bulls game, because they had no business losing that game. Having said that, the Rockets should go 4-1 or 5-0. Anything less and the team is struggling. If the Rockets just beat the teams they should, and lose all the tough games against SA, OKC and LAC.... they finish 57-25 which is 3-4 games better than I expected this season.
The Rockets should go 5-0 in these games, but I'm sure we won't show up for one of them so the pessimist in me says 4-1.
Betting safe and conservatively I'd say 4-1 But the hell with that, if we are who we think we are, 5-0 is our reality!
I'm thinking 4-1. There's nearly always 1 game in those stretches where the team comes out flat or the other team goes crazy and shoots lights out. Yes, Houston sucked against the Bulls, but the Bulls also shot lights out. They made baskets that they were missing the entire season. Bad performance by the Rockets + unbelievable performance by the Bulls = blow out upset
Good job Clutchfans. Once again you have proved that the popular vote on this forum can make good decisions. Hopefully the confidence boost helps us (read: Dwight) in our journey to topple the wretched Clippers on Saturday.
Yeah this team has clearly grown up and improved, they don't lose to bad teams anymore, 19 straight wins. Everybody loses to a bad team occasionally, but I'm sure Clutchfans will flip out if we drop one.
With these five wins the Rockets have swept the East at home 15-0. And never lost to a sub-500 team in the Year 2014. What a great achievement! Next step is to win the three remaining home games against the Clippers, Thunder and Spurs.
