10-15 bad calls is 20-30 points. That's a lot of points. I agree with you. The Heat will get the majority of the bad calls in a meaningful game. The Rockets win this game and Miami gets an asterisk for winning the championship this season for avoiding their worst match-up in the Rockets due to a stacked Western conference.
Pretty much. No way this loss is on Lin. He took a bad 3 out of rhythm in crunch time, but so did Beverley and Harden.
Rockets peaked too early. Now, we are on a 3 game skid. Will we recover? If the jazz beat us, omg it could be a major losing streak to come. The only good thing from this game is Patman's posterization dunk.
The whole team panicked in the last 3 mins...so many mistakes by Howard, Lin, Harden and Bev. Those games were compounded by the fact that the Ref's were calling 50/50 balls against us which creates a snowball effect creating more panic. For ppl to say, "We should win regardless of the ref's since we need to be elite to win championships"...aren't you a bit tough on this YOUNG rockets team? We need all the help we can get against a proper elite world championship Miami team, and getting those 50/50 calls at the end is one of them. The game was 50/50 before that time out and even after that Ray Allen 3 after the time out. Just wishd ref's called those 50/50 balls evenly at the end and not have a hand in deciding the outcome.
Late sub on McHale's part. It seemed like the Rockets wanted to press the inbounds and Pat and Jeremy ran towards the inbounders. Harden thought he was still guarding Wade or Chalmers. Ray Allen was left sitting in the corner by himself.
that may be true... but -22 for the game, and only 6 pts and 2 assists in 26 minutes is kinda telling. I didn't watch the game, so its tough to say... but those things DEF stood out when checking the boxscore.
The Jazz aren't gonna beat us. This team's boutta go on a nice 5 game run now that this hell stretch is over. Lotta easy teams for the Rockets to bounce back with.
we only got outscored 21-5 once he checked into the game... sure its not completely on him but he shouldn't of been out there.
At the end of the day, most people would have taken 4-3 by the end of this tough 7 game stretch Fact that we were 4-0 made many Rockets fans greedy.

Didn't understand why we didn't put bev, Parsons in the corners (our best 2 corner 3 guys) and run pnr with harden, Lin and howard Bev kept on trying to run his own plays, very weird Didn't understand when Allen was screen Parsons, why wasn't Parsons fighting through the screen
