Got to be THE WORST PERFORMANCE OF THE YEAR. We didn't come to play in this playoffs type of atmosphere.
Rockets ran into the deadly combo of themselves lacking energy and the Bulls hitting an extraordinary high % of open shots. The latter they have no control over, but the former they need to address.

I thought this team has turned the corner and would at least compete every night, especially on a 3 road games trip where YOU KNOW that your best chance of winning was tonight. So yes, a lost is a lost and isn't that big a deal when looking at our recent wins in this extremely tough stretch. But the way we didn't take the opponent serious, didn't compete and just simply was lazy out there is a serious sign that this team just doesn't get it yet. And that's on the best player and the coach of this team - Harden and McHale. Harden for sleeping through the game and McHale for not putting in players that at least compete and for not putting his players in a position to compete.
Coaches so slow to react. We shouldn't have allowed Bulls to go on that 16-0 run in the 3rd without any line-up changes. Pull the non-performing assets, for God's sake. Change the rhythm of the game somehow. McHale probably telling everyone, "That's why I wanted Dunleavy." But seriously, how often does that guy go off? He was 3 of 19 (I think) before our game.
Lin played better than good tonight. He is one of two rockets that had a +. he also had the highest + . We tanked when he was taken out.
Worst performance of the year. We have lost confidence from the OKC defeat. We are in reversal mode. Tight defenses are causing us to slump. Good to see Lin play well. McHale and co need to get them mentally ready. Honestly, I don't know if he can do that.
Don't care about the loss but the effort was beyond pathetic, its like they didn't care at all about anything tonight.
Wow. That's all I have to say about the minute substitutions. Not much to say other than it's pretty clear that the idea of McHale riding the "hot hand" was definitively proven tonight to be a complete and utter myth. There was ONE player who had a hot hand, and he sure wasn't getting fed the ball very much... And WTF was Bev doing when he was doing DRIBBLE ISO at the 3 point line for 14s? Who does he think he is, James Harden?
Yeah, that was puzzling to me, too. Lin was quite effective pushing the pace and scoring in 2Q, and yet late 3Q and early 4Q when Harden was out, our offense was run thru Beverley and not Lin. I love Bev but that just doesn't make any sense

I think that this team wont reach its potential until they have some real dogfight playoff series under their belt.
