It was ruled a hit by pitch and he got to fly to first fase.... He then scored off a hit to center field.... Good game...

WTF, the incompetence exhibited is just mind boggling.

Malaysia Airline offered to fly the missing passenger's family members to Kuala Lumpur to be closer to the action. 90% of the families declined but for the 10% that agreed.............. Malaysian Airlines somehow flew them to India.

Even though I've been to Malaysia several times I've never flown Malaysia Airlines. I considered flying them several times because they had cheap seats to Singapore and didn't have that bad of a reputation, as compared to Garuda or some of the other regional airlines. I've always found a better deal somewhere else. After this incident I am going to make sure to avoid them.

Rather than a bird or a meteor, has anyone brought up the possibility of falling space debris? Old Russian satellites are falling out of orbit all the time, perhaps one of them happened to have been falling and struck the nose of the plane.. probably at least as good a theory as a super-high-flying flock of geese or a meteor..

Hey who knows... maybe I'll buy the cheapest ticket to some boring place and they end up flying me to somewhere exotic instead.

Huh? You can't make this stuff up.

Apparently a high ranking Malaysian minister just invited a famous local shaman/witch doctor to perform a ceremony to help locate the missing plane at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
and what's the shaman's predictions? “I think the plane is still in the air or has crashed into the sea,” he was quoted by Free Malaysia Today as saying.

I read that the company who owns the rig says it does not have an employee by that name anyways (the photo was edited by the poster in another forum).

Yea it is probably made up.

I just still can't believe this thing hasn't been found yet. I could understand if it was out in the middle of the Pacific or Atlantic but this is just mind boggling.

I would think that if something did hit the nose and take out the pilots ability to react, then they would have found a large debris field around the area where the transponder stopped.

We criticize our gov't agencies for their inefficiencies and bloated budgets, but compared to these banana republics, we are the gold standard. We get stuff done. Malaysia is like clown show.

Still nothing can rival the incompetence exhibited by the Philippines during their moronic and if not for the large number of killed hostages almost comical hostage rescue attempt in 2010.
