you have tracy ahead of Yao?

That guy led the Rockets to a playoff series, and he got hurt on the court when Tim Thomas fell on him

He also had the burden of playing on the olympics

plus he had to learn english and american culture

tracy had it easy, compared to yao

    Yao never quit on us

The two most exciting days of T Mac's career for Rockets fans were the day he signed for the club, and the day he left the club.

notice how nobody is making a thread about Hakeem sitting next to Les.

    That's how legend works.

is this tinman's only ally on clutchfans? i guess you didnt enjoy 13 in 33, 22 game win streak, dunking on shawn bradley, clutch play in games 1 and 2 against the mavs, etc. we get it, you guys aren't happy with how he handled his last years here when he was injured and in decline. but this right here is just delusional.

    It's pretty simple.

T-mac didn't quit on the Rockets, T-mac quit the game of basketball.

He knew he would never be the same and he wasn't.

Every rocket fan witnessed his failure in not leading the rockets to even a playoff series victory.

Dunking on Shawn Bradley was a great moment, but not an accomplishment .

Tmac didn't play 22 games. Look it up. He was part of the streak but not the reason for it.

13 for 33 was one game in the regular season.

Some people have a higher standard for their supserstars

He only played 300 games with the rockets . Hakeem played 1100.

Hakeem dunked on Kareem, Ewing, Robinson, etc

He was part of 2 championships back to back and yes he played all these games

You guys use the word legend incorrectly

Prime Tmac would wipe the floor with prime Harden. It would be a massacre.

You know who McGrady is a legend too? The children of Darfur.

This douchebag spends his days trashing a humanitarian.

Screw you Tinman, you are a garbage human being.

Tinman the type a... guy, who had tmac won the rox their chips in mid 90s instead of olj, would say that's when jordan left and claim it wasn't an accomplishment.

Dude just stop we get it, you don't like tracy and I respect your reasons. But to try to make is seem like McGrady's effort wasn't there in the playoffs is just wrong. He wasn't successful but I believe he did try, and played hard. He was the best player on the floor for the Rockets in the first three playoff series for the Rockets. Lets not forget the weak supporting cast we had. Juwan Howard, Ryan Bowen, David Wesley, I mean come on, seriously. And Yao was just as a failure as he was, he got totally neutralized by Boozer agaist Utah. That 2008 team with Ron Artest was just a better rounded team that didn't have to rely on just two players to win and better suited for a playoff series.

Did TMac take his team to a second round or did he make his teammates better? I can not recall TMac had a single season with FG% above 45% here. did he?

He was a volume shooter without efficiency. a legend of joke would be more appropriate.

When you have to mention Tracy's charity work instead of relying on what he did on the court to win an argargument .

    You lost.

I am not trying to win an argument.

I am simply pointing out that you are sad and pathetic.

    POINT, TINMAN.

Also prime T-Mac was better than Harden, for sure.. possibly better than prime Kobe. Let's cut out the wipe the floor talk, SacTown though.
