Not taking anything away from Harden because he is a true superstar but Durant averages those numbers pretty much for the season. A slight drop off in assists but more rebounds and about 40% from 3 point land.

If OKC bust over the next two seasons, I think Durant to Houston becomes enticing. :)

I hope these past few weeks don't regress Harden back to Iso ball.

I can honestly say I haven't seen a WHOLE lot of this. Especially not in closing moments... At least not to the degree of 22 seconds then dish.

Well deserved. We can only hope this his MVP-level play continues. If so, the Rockets will be tough to stop.

The awesome thing with Harden right now his that he is hot, but this is a sustainable level of shooting for him.

The whole team deserves credit as well, but this dude is just ballin out of control. This is a dynasty in the making.

Repeating is a whole lot more difficult. Well done, and well deserved, Beard!

Well he is learning to play with other players and trust them too. His ISO is needed but he needs plan B and C to make it the most effective. As good as he is if he doesn't use other players it's impossible to 1v2 or 1v3 because the other team found him out. The kick-out to Lin for that 3 to hit the lead yesterday was sweet. Very different from the chuck ups we used to see last season.

I don't think any other Rocket has ever won consecutive POTW award.

Something I was curious on Harden at the start of the season that he looked fat and he played lethargic. Do you guys think that it was by design so he would peak at the end of the regular season? He looks 10x better now.

You know, the thing that I keep forgetting about Harden is..

Looking at him, with that monstrous beard and all, and his sort of stocky build, and his 'old man's game'.. the dude is still only like 23-24 years old. He's still just a kid!

Can you imagine having this player in a Rockets uniform for the next ten years or so?

    That's almost beyond belief!
