I honestly think there are like 5 Lin fans out there, but they are just so obnoxious that they make us think there are 5000.

Lin is a PG. He touches the ball every possession that he's on the floor. He had ample opportunities to make plays but he clammed up every time he held the ball. He missed his first few shots. He basically never attacked the basket, despite that being his strong suit. And he picked up his dribble way too early in most possessions. He has no confidence in his game right now. Losers blame other people. He has no one else to blame but himself.

Yea, people who thought Matt Schaub was good or could lead us to the promise land were kidding themselves.

for me, Schaub felt like fools gold the entire time the Texans were relevant... I almost cried when I found out our inept front office signed him to a huge deal in 2013.

THIS. SO THIS. Even Beasley outscored Lin tonight. Beasley is a known bust. So Lin is a known bust. I can't see how that's not obvious to everyone. Lin Fans. They are not right in the head. I can't stand him.

Agree with bolded. Morey's been patient for far too long to take on bad contracts or wasting picks to trade Lin away (assuming his value is low, which seems to be the case from his recent performances). For a time, it seemed like Morey was going nowhere with his asset trading. Once he landed Harden and Howard and got an extension from Les, you know he's going to be patient and get it right. Lin was the plan before we got Harden.

My guess is Lin is going to be here until end of his contract. In time to open up cap space for that 3rd star or for Parsons and Bev to get their due.

Eh, one must eventually grasp that to argue with the LOFan is like arguing with Jeremy's mother. In the sense of, "only a (fill in the blank) a mother could love". It's wrong of you to expect to change their mind.

Some are trolls. There are fans who just want to see him succeed but are mostly quiet.

I would take any of those guys over Lin right now.

I'd even take post-ACL injury Brent Price.

Well who wouldn't except lin fans? I hate the guy. I would rather play with 4 players on the court all year rather than 5 than have Lin on the team.

As long as Lin is a Rocket, I want him to do well and help us win. We can't bank on our starters playing great every game in a 7 game series and I hope people realize that. Think about how much our bench got outscored tonight. Think about how much it would have helped if Lin was not in his current brain dead funk. We need all the firepower we can get in the playoffs.

The kid looks terrible out there, more of a liability than a contributor on the offensive end.

I will say he had a few nice defensive stands tonight.

He was never going to live up to his contract on the court, obviously it had more PR value for the team, but man....his play in 2014 has been ROUGH.

Um, you watched the Rockets beat the 2 time defending NBA champions while Lin played terribly and his replacement, Beverley, played inspired.

Imagine what Jordan could have done in 15 minutes in his prime.

    I am JLin fan.
By now, most of the Rockets fans know that the low performance of JLin7 after all star break is due to his low back injury, except the some "ClutchFans" here.

By the way, after tonight's game,he did say that his condition has improved in the pass two weeks. Oops, the "ClutchFans" don't even want know. Just waste my time here anyway.
