Your a ****ing r****d. Its all about matchups. You clearly aren't a rockets fan and came here to gloat and want the rockets to fail. We can beat Miami, OKC/LAC are terrible matchups but then again you don't care because you don't watch anything other than Lin.

 

Watched some of the Heat vs Knicks game - Heat when they turn on the playoff D are on another planet - even when it became a blowout, the D remained stifling - the hustle, effort and commitment was incredible. Hope we're taking notes.

 

Yup, the key to beating Miami is starting Line and letting him attack the Miami defense off the dribble. What could go wrong?

Like I said, I didn't say anything about Lin. Now back to the Rockets, how will the Rockets win a championship with the way Howard and Harden play in real clutch games and tough D. I'm not here to bash your lovely team, but if your a real "Rockets" fan, they you should be worried about the lack of toughness the team shows against tougher teams like Memphis. Feels like everyone goes soft once the teams play tough and Howard acts stupid and Harden can't defending and everyone is yelling at each other. There's no composure on this team and that's what I don't like about the coach and team vs veteran championship teams. I will admit, they did well against SAS this year though and even against Portland that was nice but those are softer teams.

You're right. To hell with this team as constructed. They'd be so much tougher if we had 12 Jeremy Lins to run out there. Now that guy epitomizes mental toughness, high basketball IQ, and heart.

I have no issue with you calling him small, but why throw race into it. If your Spanish you know how difficult it can be to deal with certain people because of the color of our skin, no need to do so to other's too.

 

My point was rather - I've been very ROX centered this season and haven't really watched Heat games. I love our team but the difference in defensive intensity was striking - and by that I mean I've yet to see us play with that kind of stifling intense defense, much less when we're up by 20-30. That's what I meant by taking notes - we do have a terrible habit of letting teams back in games - like all the time.
Yes, we play good defense and sometimes very good - but that was a different level that we should aspire to on that end of the court - sorry if I wasn't clear.

 

Hope we beat the heat but they are a match up nightmare for this team

 

Clog the paint and don't let Anderson get simple rebounds/put backs. We usually defend lebron well, it's wade that's going to be a problem.
