Aren't we supposed to police ourselves? I've got an idea about that...

Any time someone attempts to turn a Hangout thread into a Debate and Discussion they must contribute .25 cents to the BBS tip jar...

BTW, I din't think Discussing manners can turn heated...or can it???

EDITED because I'm an idiot that skims instead of reads...

Paging MadMax, is there something we don't know about you or have you let your significant other post with your screenname again ;)?

In all seriousness, BRING IT ON.

I'm the type of guy who loves the Looping Starship kind of ride at astroworld so I would definitely try this one too.

    Sweet Moses smell the Roses!

That's a long way to the top. Think of how many things that could go wrong that one could list in that time. I'd poop my pants on the way up

this has been posted before but it needed to be posted again. that is friggin ridiculous. there is no way i would ride that. it's hard enough riding smaller rollercoasters, that is beyond my powers to overcome my fear of heights. so to get up there, you basically just go straight up for about 400 feet according to that picture? that would suck enormously. i would have already envisioned my death about 15 times by the time we got up there.

and it says it's only 2800 feet long. so take out that 400 foot rise (and maybe the 400 to get you up there) and the fact you're going 120 mph at one point. that must be one short ride, no wonder they can get 1500 people an hour through there.

Wow. Stick one of those at the end of the commuter rail line, and you got your ridership numbers. Hold on to your keys!

Yeah its safe to say I would never get on that thing. I am too chicken to even go on the Stratosphere thingy in Vegas.

A couple of yeargs ago I went to Astroworld with a bunch of friends. We got on the stupid Dungeon Drop thingy and it got stuck all the way on the top for like 15-20 min.

I was screamin my ass off.

Are they riding a coaster in the winter time?

Is that not dangerous? I thought steel and metal shrink somewhat in the winter.

Is that not why Astroworld is not open in the winter when it is cold besides Halloween?
