Close, but not quite. Harden plays over Lin because he is a better SG and a better PG than Lin - Harden isn't just an elite scorer, he is an elite passer and playmaker. Lin's "true point guard ability" - to the extent he even has any - doesn't add anything the Rocket don't get from Harden.
something isn't right. He has been playing worse than a D-leaguer lately. Hope there aren't any perosnal issues or anything because as is, the dude is getting a lot of money to play basketball.
he's been AWFUL after the all star break..how in the hell this dude got a triple double I have no idea. He couldn't even play well against the crappy Lakers and Kings.
He hasn`t been playing well, but he has played well before. We know he can play better because he has. Let`s see if he can get back on track and earn his paycheck, cause he`s been sucking bad.
It's possible there's some minor injury that's hampering Lin. But if it's not, then his play has been pretty damn horrible and really unexcusable. And please stop with the "how he's been used" excuse. It's lame. The Rockets have used Lin the same way every game both he and Beverley have played together. You're suppose to play better in your new role as the season goes on, not worse.
I hope this is just an injury issue and not a mental issue. There will be a lot tougher mental blocks come playoffs.
Lin has been terrible, but he is still a Houston Rocket. I think we should just chill and enjoy the team as a whole. If he doesn't show up in the playoffs, then, he will just be an expiring contract. He can start by showing up tomorrow too.
Lol. Some of you guys are just unbelievable. Our team is playing great, and you complain about the stats of one guy? Lol
haha n who offered him the contract? that is the "real thief" right? willing buyer willing seller IMO
To be fair he was injured during the playoffs, but that's why he needs to get his head together and get ready for the upcoming playoffs. The sooner he cracks his playoff virginity the faster he could get the early mental blocks out of the way and play at his best.
