Beverley's overall stats aren't that hot. I'd rather Lin start but the Rockets decide that. For Lin's sake, he needs to find another team if he wants to start again in the NBA. The Kings could give the Rockets problems tonight. If Parsons gets hot, i think the Rockets will win
The way the Kings look when playing the Rockets makes me wonder why they have such a poor record. In years past, the Sixers and Pacers were similar; poor records but always seemed to beat the Rockets or make it a close game.
LOL. It's got to be a LOF who opens this thread to the same old can of worms - the Bev-Lin back and forth. Pathetic.
Lin's on a winning team or would u rather he be on the knicks, with fatty trying to kill his wife and a team so dysfunction that MWP doesn't want to be there
I'd like to see Hamilton play tonight. If we can get off to a nice start, I want to see McHale plug him in the second unit, and let our starters rest for the Clips. I think Crapsi is a mediocre at best. I've been hearing good things on Hamilton so let's see what he's got. Definitely more athletic than Omri.
think about that. it's been his childhood dream to play for his hometown team and even MWP has gone, 'nah fk this I'm out' LOL
Even though I think Lin is a little more talented, I tend to agree with this. Bev is a tough matchup for any pg because he's in your face all game and nvr gives up. As someone who played basketball theses were the guys I hated to play against then most.
INB4 Jason Thompson monster putback dunk over T-Jones!!! On a more serious note, I love the fact that McHale benches him as soon as he makes a couple of really bad mistakes on D. Also, I think he yanked him for taking 3 jumpshots in 5 possessions. I can see DMo slowly getting the starting nod at PF - having two traditional post presences is underrated in today's NBA. I imagine "the triangle" would work really well with DMo and Dwight at the elbows...but McHale isn't Phil Jackson.
I love McHale, but if you think he belongs in the same tier with PJ, you're doing yourself a disservice.
