Its always hard to see a NBA player, who worked so hard to get to where they're at, just throw it away over something like this. We all do stupid stuff, especially under extreme stress and pressure of underperforming. I feel for both parties in this situation
1st officer: "And you don't know anything about the missing Krispy Kreme delivery truck?" Raymond Felton: "No, I don't, officer." (belch; moans) "Officer, can you hurry up? I've gotta take care of a serious case of the B.G.'s?" 1st officer: "Bee Gees? 'Staying Alive'? THOSE Bee Gees?" 2nd officer: "No, man, he's got the Bubble Guts. He's got to s*** like a T-Rex. Probably from all them donuts he ate." Raymond Felton: "I'm telling you man, it wasn't me." 1st officer: (sigh) "Mr. Felton, we have eyewitnesses who saw you. Eyewitnesses with cell phone cameras. Mr. Felton, I have to ask, did you really have to wear your Knicks uniform at the time of the heist? And did you have to yell, 'Krispy Kreme! And 1, b****es! And 1!' while driving away?" 2nd officer: "And I thought J.R. Smith was stupid. You're under arrest." Raymond Felton: "Officers, can I go s*** first?" 1st officer: "Please." 2nd officer: "Don't try to escape out that bathroom window. I ain't puttin' Crisco around your fat ass trying to un-stick you."
That's taking matters into your own hands if you're the cops. Forcing Dolan to bring in someone, anyone.
Overnight reports of what precipitated the arrest varied. Rocco Parascandola and Andy Clayton of the New York Daily News reported that the arrest came "after [Felton's] estranged wife went to cops with his gun," reportedly a Belgian pistol. (The Post's Page Six gossip column reported last week that Felton's wife, 26-year-old Ariane Raymondo-Felton — yes, Raymond Felton's wife's last name is Raymondo-Felton — had filed for divorce after less than 19 months of marriage.) Larry Celona of The New York Post reported that Felton was arrested "after allegedly pointing a gun at a woman" and that "the woman involved was his girlfriend." Women...smdh
his wife who is going to law school...TOOK the gun to the cops, knowing he had no permit, he didnt get pulled over or caught with the gun.....she just ruining his life
I'm sure Raymond waving the gun around her apartment and leaving an unsafe firearm there unattended had nothing to do with it.
