Not at all. It just passes the time while at work and I rarely ever get on the net on weekends. Too much stuff to do. Edit- I did have a min panic attack last week when I sat down to drop a deuce and realized I forgot my phone. It didn't feel right, just sitting.
Every click I make, I'm one step closer to reaching the end of the internet. And achieving a goal and dream I set out upon back in 1998.
I'm not sure you can be addicted to it, I mean I guess you can - but the internet is part of everyday lives now. You can function without it, but you are severely hampering yourself if you do. I don't mean you can't lead a happy and fulfilling life without it, just that you can also utilize it to greatly enhance and improve your life is you so choose. Cat videos and memes aside, the internet is the single greatest learning tool in human history.
Brah, remember when you could only do one, phone or internet kri ew eh shhhhh. If someone called you the internet would drop. Remember those aol and net zero disc. 9.99 monthly for netzero.
OP should up a poll with things that gives us "mini-panic attacks" when we don't have access to the internets like the example above about not having their phone on the toilet.
My day literally involves following Drew Magary around the internet so he can make me laugh. So yes. I'm addicted.
