Harden is not a finished product, he is still young. He was clutch in that San Antonio series IIRC. Also, when I said whistles that meant flopping.
Sadly, if he keeps playing poorly we may never know as he'll have a hard time keeping a job in the L much less starting. Somehow though, he seems to keep rising from the ashes when things look bad for him.
For whatever reason McHales record just now is 9-1 in the last 10 games. The team is 3rd in the West, which is way tougher than competing in the East. I think that is very good for a team that have two superstars (Dwight and Harden). I think Dwight is playing his best basketball right now and he seems to be enjoying every minute. Asik and Lin are second tier players in the NBA (sorry Lin fans). They are good, but not top players. The rest is rookies or veteran minimum players. In my opinion there are just two teams in the NBA that are playing much better than the roster would let one anticipate. They played each other tonight and it was close. I sincerely hope that these teams do not play each other in the playoffs first round, because I hope that Phoenix too makes it to the second round. Houston will be in the finals despite the rapid opinions posted here during the game. Look at the team record!! What do you really want from this team? It can't do much better than it does right now.
No one can predict Lin's ceiling on the Rockets he doesn't play PG he plays backup PG/SG starting PG/SG 6th man he is definitely a role player on this team He has changed so much since coming to the rockets having to become more of a spot up shooter and 3 point shot and defensive player. People can't compare him to PG's anymore cuz that's not his main responsibility anymore
Do you expect uneducated and un cultured Lin fans to know anything about Houston ? They can't even tell you who correctly the first Asian superstar is.
I dunno... Lowry was pretty damn good too before the injury that put Dragic in the starting lineup. Watch Lin take off right after the Rockets trade him next year or don't bring him back knowing the Rockets luck with PG's.
Actually Lin is a 1st tier player coming from the bench. People are brainwashed into thinking there has to be a big 3 so they include Parsons. I say we have 4 or 5 players maybe even 6 who could become all stars the BIG 6
That Suns team is a solid post up player or 2 away from being something special. And they are a hard team to hate. If by any chance the Rox get eliminated before the Suns do. I will be cheering for the Suns as a favorite..
