I'd be absolutely shocked if he managed anything close to a 4.5, he's not that fast. Of course like you pointed out, it doesn't really matter because he's a pocket QB.
I hope he bulks up to 230 lbs for the season opener. He'll need to bulk up so he can play all 16 games.
He will run it faster than Bortles.. I would say around a 4.5ish, anything lower than that i think pretty much assures him a lock for # 1
Yeah, it was totally dumb of him not to draft an offensive line that could protect the QB. And it was Carr's fault that he didn't learn how to avoid getting hit by practicing throwing over ladders. What a dumbass...

I'm not saying anything different now than ever before. I get why you are happy, your favorite prospect measured in over the minimum threshold and that's great, but it doesn't make him any better as a prospect, it just keeps him in the running.
Gil Brandt has been running his mouth for weeks about how Manziel will be Fran Tarkenton but better. I'm not shocked at this.
