Teddy likely bulked for the combine. Is he running at the event? Likely not because he'd come down. his game weight will be lower
I've always seen him as in the conversation, I've always said he was the best QB in the class. I still don't think he should be the pick.
We'll see, I think he still runs, but I wasn't ever expecting anything significantly better than a 4.7 and I'm still not.
