My expectations are the starters sucked and I expect us to lose when we don't play team ball

 

That dude is the biggest Lin fan I have seen on this board. He is on my ignore list because he makes crazy biased posts, just ignore him.

 

Gotta give credit to Iggy for his great defense. He stopped a lot of Lin's penetration at the top of the key. Yeah, Lin shouldn't have picked up his dribble there, but the only other options would be to dribble back out or jack up a heavily contested mid range jumper. There were no passing lanes open as everyone was just standing around.

 

why don't u stop being a hater put the blame where it belongs and never mention Lin again Rocket fans hate u talking about LIN

 

I hope so. This team has shown they can bounce back from bad or tough losses. Plus that Phoenix game is important. We need to win the season series and push them further back in the standings.

 

I dont blame lin for rox losing... That's dumb... But lin is at fault for harden's injury. Blatant lack of concentration.

 

Lin for one doesnt have the green light like harden. did u watch the game? Lin tried to take the shots but he gave to harden cause harden was asking for the ball.

 

Most PGs struggle without a pick unless you're a freak athlete like Derrick Rose or Westbrook. Steph Curry can't take anyone off the dribble either, but guess what, he got some nice screens set for him, one of them being on a crucial layup in OT.

People call Lin a scrub, etc. but expect him to be Jordan or something, like he's going to just score at will 1 on 1 against Iggy.

 

The only players that don't deserve criticism today are Harden, Asik, and Motiejunas.

Parsons was wildly inefficient, Howard couldn't buy a basket most of the game and bricked most of his free throws, Jones took bad shots when he should've been more aggressive, Lin/Beverley combined guarded Curry well but didn't give us enough scoring punch (11 pts and 7 assists combined is just going to cut it - oh why did Dragic insist on that damn player option!?), and Casspi missed his corner threes.

 

They rarely posted Dwight up in the 2nd half-- went to Harden, the hot hand.

The first half, yes, they went to the post too many times, but the team did make the adjustment, which enabled them to come back and tie the game (and even take a couple small leads in the 4th).

 

that's not the definition of insanity .... I can fart 1000 times but 1001 could be a shart which is a different result is that sane

So when Lin drives, picks up his dribble, and looks for a bailout pass that's because he doesn't have the green light? Remarkable they pay this guy $25 million and won't let him shoot.

 

It happen when you have to chase run through screens, injury happen in game.

would you agree that its easier to guard the rockets guards because they have no screens set for them?

 

Fair enough... offensively, I should say.

 

Not lack of - it was too much. A little too much zeroed in on his man. Collisions happen in sports, no use in being too dramatic about a small mishap like this.

 

Why the F DMO not on the court the whole second half? Why Asik didn't got extra minutes as he played really well. The guys were tired, McHale should have took them easy last night instead forcing them to play whole 3rd quarter. I hate to say it, but this time we got outsmarted by..(whatever GSW Coach name is).

If you play small ball, don't put Casspi at 4, put Parsons and if you wanna play Casspi so bad who wasn't any good tonight in my opinion put him at 3 and slide Parsons to 4. All good tho, GSW is a strong, well coached team. Heads down this time.

 

yeah its Lin fault rockets lost tonight. if that makes u feel better.
