Pretty sure Sixers do that but do the salaries work? Makes sense for Houston as well. You get a solid vet at the 4 and your bench is now a strength with Lin, Jones, and Turner. Add Camby to backup the 5.
I would be shocked if any rotation piece is moved right now. Lin and Asik will be moved next year at the deadline if at all because they will be expiring contracts with value. I could also see them being traded in the offseason to Utah or a team like Milwaukee because those teams can't attract free agents unless they grossly over pay.

They are all useless tweets, just like all the Dwight Howard "is he" or "isn't he" crap from this last summer. The Rockets simply do not leak what they are doing, especially if it gets serious.... look at the Artest deal, the Gasol/Nene issues... They all just "guess".

Philly has the cap room to absorb contracts. The Lakers need to shed $5.7 million to get under the tax. The Knicks are willing to give up both Shumpert & Hardaway. Shump injured shouldn't matter too much for a forward looking lottery team. Even better if the Knicks have their $3 million cash considerations to use. All these situations could help facilitate a multi-team trade with the Rockets.

No kidding... What are they at 211 million or some insane amount right now? That is just crazy for a sub .500 team
