    I read the article and nothing pisses me off more than animal cruelty. If he can do this to an animal, he can do it to people. This psychopath needs to be removed from society.

    Clicked on the link, but definitely decided against watching any videos.

    Running over an animal on purpose, is already horrible. But the dog in question was a poor little Chihuahua, which makes it 10x worse.
