The importance of Parsons to this team both performance and chemistry wise is the reason why it deserves a lot of thinking before pulling the trigger. I would love to see Rondo in a Rockets uniform but I think one of the reasons Rondo would work is Parsons himself. Rondo Harden Parsons Jones Howard That team can beat anyone but with Parsons in the lineup. We have Lin and Asik.... Those are the guys for sale not Parsons....
We can trade back 50% more of the salary right? Lin & Asik are 16.6 right there 150% of that is 24.9mil.
If there is no Rondo trade forthcoming, that would mean Parsons is much more important to the Rockets than we thought. I think Boston is posturing with their demands for two first picks + fillers. My guess is that they would take Parsons + one first round pick + fillers. We will find out soon.
Would be funny if players mysteriously sat out tonight, but I doubt we will have any of those this year.
If we end up trading parsons I see us getting Danny Granger. Morey has had his eye on him the last few years

How do we know if Rondo is even the same player? The amount of games he's played has decreased with each passing year. 09-10 81 games 10-11 68 games 11-12 53 games 12-13 38 games 13-14 10 games so far with limited minutes
Granger is a shell of what he used to be... deng would be more likely and just downright better than granger
