I have a high opinion of Rondo. He's a top 5 PG in this league and can dominate games in ways only he can. That big said, I love Parsons. He's the glue of this team and his homegrown(drafted by us) product. I'm tired of trading all our guys away. I want to see guys develop.

of all the guys weve drafted recently Parsons is the guy i dont want to see go. It would actually hurt because we've all seen how he's grown and isnt just an asset. He means more to the team than that

Parsons is underated, and Rondo is overated.

Keep the guy who is improving, taller, and can shoot over the malcontented one who can't.

Toronto is probably going to get Rondo so there's nothing to worry about. Anyway the Parsons for Rondo thing was a BIG maybe, I think it's highly unlikely.

If we trade Chandler. Dwight will probably kill Morey.

Let Rondo go to the Kings. I'd pick Lin over Rondo. Rondo doesn't fit the offensive system

I haven't seen the Rondo people talk about in years. Boston would not give up the Rondo people talk about.

The Rondo I see today is not worth Parsons.

Parsons easily. We need a reliable 3-point shooter and he's the best we've got. Plus he's the glue guy who does all the garbage plays without needing the ball on offense to be effective. Morey is out of his mind if he gives up Parsons for Rondo(unless he's got another trade in the works to replace Chandler).

Without Parsons the Rox would have a hard time ending scoring droughts against big teams. Rondo is coming back from an injury and probably will never return to any overrated form his fans have given him.

I don't think this thread gives Morey credit. He is not stupid. He will go after Rondo but will not trade Parsons bet that.

Rondo is obviously the better player, but I just can't bring myself to trading Chandler to a bottom-feeding team. Not after all he's done for us. It'd be a slap in the face.

This Parsons for Rondo talk is being overhyped and is all speculation. Morey will not want to lose that outside shooting. Parsons is the best shooter on the team and what fits around Dwight Howard? Shooting!!! There has to be a better way. Better way like Lin, Asik and two first for Rondo and Olynik would get it done

I don't know, but I'm glad somebody started a new thread because I'm so sick of looking at the other 5!

    If I had a heart I'd pick Parsons. If I didn't I'd pick Rondo.

Parsons has done a lot for this team, basically brought them together. However, is it necessarily the right thing to reward that? Very well could bite you in the balls and probably will. I'm happy to go down with it though!

I like Rondo and want him on this team. The thing is though, with Rondo I'm not sure we have a Big 3, more like a Big 2.5, which means Morey probably won't stop chasing for that real 3rd star. If that's the case, why not keep Parsons and just go after the real star when opportunity presents.
