Parsons is not replaceable? Are you kidding me? He's a good slasher, decent defender, and a decent shooter...Parsons is definitely replaceable. He is no Paul George or Rajon Rondo. Parsons is a tier 3 player, so many people are overrating him on this board and its entertaining to read and ridiculous at the same time. People are wondering who is going to replace Parsons in the starting lineup? Don't you think Morey is trying to have other deals in place in case he does pull the trigger on a deal like this? Because this got out to this forum, and was not from Woj, I'm inclined to think this is a tactical release. As others have said, the Rockets never leak. Ever. Im not doubting what cyberx heard....just think it could have a different meaning than what we are all assuming. So the real question is, what are they using this to build leverage for?
I really like the potential of adding Rondo to this team. His skill as a playmaker and defender and his ability to take care of the ball are excellent. But his attitude would also do this team wonders. I want someone on my team to have that never back down attitude. We need a little bit of a Mad Max and Junk Yard Dog on this team. We aren't trading parsons.....Morey would be an idiot to trade our heart and soul for someone who may be a major risk when it comes to fitting with the team....Call me crazy, but I feel we have a better chance of winning with Parsons more than Rondo...

Boy, do I agree that Morey would take Ty Lawson over Rajon Rondo, over nearly every single PG in the league. Not sure that Denver is ready to go that route just yet. Lawson would be tremendous for Houston.
