Karmic Justice: About 1 hour after deciding to call in fake sick to work on Monday last night, my stomach starts to hurt like hell and a never ending barrage of diarrhea and vomit hits me.

First I vomited everything in me - everything, over 30 minutes or so. Then 20 minutes later diarrhea started. And the diarrhea smells so foul that it's causing my now sensitive stomach to make me throw up every time I'm in the middle of diarrheaing - except at this point I have nothing left to throw up. So it's just those horrible dry heaves with the occasional appearance of some small bits of food, which is disgusting and makes me want to vomit even more. Seriously, I've had the simultaneous vomit/diarrhea happen at least 5 times between 11:00pm last night and now.
