do telemarketers have no call time limits?

i tell them

a. he, being me, is dead.

b. hold on and then i let the phone sit next to me until i remember to hang it up.

c. scream and make noises into the phone until they hang up.

d. tell them im leaving the country tomorrow to live as a shepard in fiji and i dont need whatever they are selling.
