I was certain Portland was going to win or tie - even though the game ended. That is just Portland's M.O.
Good stuff another L for Portland, brooks is bad has no plays but to ISO, he makes it feel good to have mchale
schedule is just catching up to them..they had the easiest first half of the schedule in the western conference. also somehow haven't had any injuries besides mccollum at beginning of the season.
We still have to beat Washington (a respectable team) and the Blazers have to lose to the Clippers. It seems certain, I mean the Clippers will be fresh and are on a roll...but the Blazers are the Blazers. They can randomly just chuck up threes and win any game so there is that... And the Rockets can go up by 50 and still lose the lead and give away a game to anyone.
We didn't give away games on purpose- we just felt bad for other teams and wanted to give them an early-season boost. We may not lose another game until April.
Yeah that's what happened the last game between them..went into OT after Batum tied it with a 3. Blazers ended up winning in OT.
to me this is could be one of the craziest stats ever - the Blazers have just used a total of 1 starting lineup all season long. ONE! I mean I am not saying that players need to have extended injuries but no one has had a small nagging injury or anything yet. Their complete lack of a bench may also end up wearing down the starters towards the end of the season. Heck I think the Rockets may have had 2-3 different starting lineups in the last 3 weeks alone Amazing health and an easy schedule to start - the blazers have been very lucky for once (and i mean this is the one franchise I would say could compete with the Rockets when it comes to bad luck with their stars over the last decade)
