what is that about? he is a 2nd round pick at best. Once tech hoops are starting to become respectable this happens. It looks like tech will be at the bottom of the big 12 again in the near future

They already were losing their MVP, Kasib Powell. Maybe Knighty will learn how to recruit, once he learns how much it SUCKS to SUCK next year.:)

what are you talking about? Emmett is an athlete and the Rox would be lucky to get him. I hope he does slide to the second round at roughly number 45 overall.

I doubt Emmett is going to stay in the draft. He is "testing the waters" right now. I don't think he is an NBA prospect yet. His scoring in college has been fantastic but I don't think he has the size to overpower people in the NBA like he does in college. Also at 6'5" he doesn't have the ball handling or outside shot to play at the next level yet either.

He hasn't signed with an agent yet and I expect him to be back in a Red Radier uniform next year (Thank God :) ).

I'm excited about the Red Raider recruiting class for next year. Losing Kasib and Chavis is going to hurt but it looks like Tech is bringing in a good amount of athleticism. Jay Jackson a 6'1" PG from Louisiana is a top 100 national recruit who averaged 27, 5, and 5 his senior year. They also inked two 6'7" JUCOs.

Center will be a struggle as it was last year. Tomaszek needs to play the 4 not the 5.

I'm looking forward to next year and hope Tech can get back to the NCAA Tourny.
