Bill & Jalen have a perfect chemistry of give and take that makes them highly entertaining! What hurt the most was the Dragic/Lowery takes, best point guards in each league, and we had both at the same time... Well you obviously didn't listen to the podcast. They rated dragic number one in the west because Chris Paul has been hurt and tony Parker is playing limited minutes. Much like they rated KD over Lebron. Lebron is still the best in the world, Durant is having a better year. What other point guard would you rate over him? And if you say Damian lillard, remember George hill put up 37 on him.
It's refreshing to hear other people have the same view as I do on Mchale. He's a great guy, but not a great coach. I don't feel as much of a douche for saying that after watching this, lol.
This kind of "Number One" is both technically true and also worthless. That is, unless you can show that CP3, Westbrook, Parker will all be limited/injured come playoff time. Nobody cares about the total contribution of a player mid-season anyway. Dragic is as much a #1 PG in the west as DeRozen is "allstar player."
Not to mention he plays on a team that doesn't shoot the three well. I watched the San Antonio game and they stuffed the paint the other night and that's how they were able to win. Jefferson still managed 26 points and 9 rbs plus 3 blocks. He is the second best free agent signing this past off season. If Charlotte had anything else besides Kemba Walker they might be a real contender. All those high draft picks and nothing to show for it. MKG looks pedestrian. McRoberts is a journeyman at best. Henderson barely is shooting 30% from the arc. They need a hot shooting player to fill that team to make some space for Big Al.
