Newgirl. Sorry it's late for me to respond. The Yao chat on sohu.com wasn't interesting and I have other things to attend to, so I logged out after about 5 minutes and went offline until now. The chatroom screen was divided into two windows, the upper window was for selected questions and Yao's answers to them. The lower window was for the users to ask questions. The problem was, too many users asked too many questions and the lower window was scrolling like crazy. It was impossible to follow. The upper window updated very slowly and freezed once. After a while it got boring and I logged out. Don't be disappointed at being unable to communicate with Yao. Chances were your questions would probably be buried in a sea of other questions. I'm a windows XP user and I had no problem logging on. I didn't even download the Java package. I typed in a random guest name without a password and logged on using the guest option directly.
